RV8 headers

Well, I'm getting close to swapping the 4.2L in for the mild 215 in the
GT. As I get ready, it occurs to me that this is the time to get serious
about the RV8 headers. With the engine out, I can cut the necessary
holes without much problem. Larry is working on getting me a pattern for
the cut.

Has anyone out there actually installed these headers?  If so, I would
like to hear from you regards installation, problems, best source, any
sage advice.
