Larry,

California is taking a while for me to get used to.  I'm from
Arkansas.  How to register a car in Arkansas:  1) prove you
have insurance, 2) pay your $20 to the state. (or whatever
it is).  Causes interesting things to happen, like that "Doc"
fellow from West Memphis with an honest to god got plates
on it and everything Ford Sierra Cosworth.
