    RN5 is what I always used, aside from experiments with NGK. They had the 
nice tan colour one wants.  Fuel in CT is 10% alcohol, and the engine ran very 
nicely. 
   BPR6 is approx the same heat range, also used in MGBs.
   Either should work well for you. Just judge by the colour.
