[Mg-t] Fuel tank straps and spare carrier

Hi Friends,

Up until today, my TD's fuel tank was just setting in place (and
plumbed). Today, I painted the spare tire carrier and installed it
along with the tank straps, on the rear of the tub. I then installed
and wired the license plate light, and the plate.

Tomorrow, I'll connect the wire to the low-fuel sender and strap the
harness in place.
