No. The separate filler bottle kit made and marketed to the morris minor guys
has a new end cap with nipple, a top plug, the filler hose, and the rover
reservoir.
Not only does it work well for the morris (mine has a TD m/c on it for more
volumn for the front disc brake mod.
I've installed the kit into several TD's and the owners LOVE it!

Interestingly the Morris Minor, which uses a very similiar master cylinder, has
factory service instructions to fill the master cylinder to the bottom of the
threads for the cap.
With a remote separate overflow bottle wouldn't the fluid leak out continously
from the cap breather and/or a slightly imperfect cap sealing washer?
