[Mg-t] XPAG pistons

Just wondering if any of you know of a piston manufacturer which has the 
pattern for the "Hi-top" high compression XPAG/XPEG pistons which were 
available many years ago? The pistons had a raised portion on the crown, 
roughly the shape of the combustion chamber.
