For what it's worth, I found the following torque specs for US 5/16"
(approx. 8mm) and 3/8" (approx. 10mm) bolts:
Grade 5: 14 lb-ft and 26 lb-ft
Grade 8: 26 lb-ft and 37 lb-ft
It would seem reasonable to me that the values for the MG rocker pedestal
bolts would lie between these values. Certainly (?) they wouldn't exceed
grade 8, would they?
