Hi,

Yes, there should be a wire stiffener. You can see the shape in the article
in ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MG-TD-Front-Side-Curtin-Stiffener_W0QQcmdZVie
wItemQQcategoryZ42611QQihZ014QQitemZ330021277410QQrdZ1

Well, ebay item 330021277410

and eventually bid for it.

Regards.

Hi T people

My trim guy is starting on my TD sidecreens. He is of the opinion that there
should be a wire frame inside the lower part of the front sidecreens - the
bit the flaps up so you can wave at the traffic behind. However, the ones I
took off (which were rather poorly made replacements) have no such frame and
I can't see anything listed in the Moss catalog or mentioned in the
restoration books. Should there be a frame or is it just fabric - perhaps
stiffened with board?

Thanks

Douglas
