Mike,

If the fan belt is not segmented on the back side and VERY flexable then
preserve it in a frame on the wall or something. Fan belts that are not
very flexable and run very loose will ruin a generator is a very short
time. See my article on fan belts and fan belt tension at:
http://www.omgtr.ca/technical/tdtf_fan_belt/loosen_up.htm

If those gold seal tires are any older than about 7 years old, add them
to the wall display. Old tires, regardless of how much tread is left on
them and whether or not that are cracking are a disaster waiting to
happen. Regardless of how little you drive the car (unless all your
driving is on and off a trailer), you want tires that can stop the car
rather than just go skittering across the road because the rubber has
become old and stiff. None of the old, neat, original stuff with
original markings are worth ruining you car (and possibly you along with
it) because it doesn't work correctly.

Good luck,
Dave
