Hi to All
Is it normal with the TC to get voltage spikes at low engine revs, and to a
lesser degree right across all engine speeds. At low revs, up to about 1500
rpm, the voltage as measured directly from the battery terminal posts bounces
around hugely, up to at least 18 volt or higher. At higher revs, this appears
to flatten out but still registers as fluctuating rather than a steady rate.
Does any one have suggestions to get a more stable charge rate delivered from
the dynamo, or is this simply a characteristic of the design? Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
