Mike:

On a TD there are four studs near the bottom of the seat back.  Part of
the tonneau cover goes over the bar at the top of the seat back.  There
are four elastic straps that go from this flap to the four studs at the
bottom.  I believe the TC uses only three studs, with the center stud
taking a Y type of strap.
