Gentlemen
I'm trial fitting the inner guards and rear guards to the new wooden body tub
of the TC.
I seem to remember some kind of felt(?) strip between the inner guard and the
angle iron inner frame. Maybe also between the 'bull-horn" brace and the inner
guard?
Looking at the rust in this area on the old pieces, I'm reluctant to use
anything as absorbent as felt - what's the modern material? How thick?
Any thoughts on the whole fitting problem will be welcome too.
