Brian, I had this trouble too, phonecalls all over Aust & most replies sounded blank, eventually I bought solid copper cuphead rivets and drilled them out. There are plenty of flathead hollow rivets available for brake lining but cuphead NO. By the way Mike Sherrill recommends to separate all headlight dishes from the base when restoring.
