Painting Information

        I am thinking of painting my wife's TF myself.  I have painted a few 
motorcycles and a sidecar in the past.  I can strip the car down, pull the 
wings and stuff for painting.  My question, does anyone have a good book 
that they can recommend on painting an MG TF?  Prep, paint recommendation 
(clear coat?), best material for rubbing out, etc.
