Install a new piece of 1/2" thin wall steel tubing. Or reverse the original so a "new" end is in the cap. A smear of Loctite will help hold it if you want extra security. Bob Another question of which there will probable be many more. The pipe on the rear main bearing cap was laying loose in the bottom of my oil pan when I pulled the pan. The pipe fit is a little loose. Any recomendations of how to secure the pipe to the cap? Thanks again for the help. Ron Olds |
