Several members of our club swear by the combination of synthetic oil
in the sump and combination of Water Wetter by Redline and NAPA Cool
in the radiator.

I am rebuilding my TF XPAG engine with a 3/4 race cam from Moss Motors
and live in the Sacramento Valley and am concerned about high ambient
temperatures and possible cooling problems. I was going to add an oil
cooler but was told that this would entail tapping a new hole in the
engine for an oil return line. I am not sure if I want to do that but
the engine is in pieces and it could be done easily. Does anyone on
the
list have experience with high ambient temperatures and an MG TF/TD?
Would an oil cooler help, installation tips etc.?

Thanks in advance
