Fellow Listers,
I was asked by an Australian acquaintance if I knew where Cecil Kimber was
buried. The answer I gave was as follows:
Cecil Kimber was cremated at Golders Green Crematorium (North London) and
his ashes were taken to Chichester (Sussex) Harbour where his boat (Sea
Witch) was moored. They were scattered in the sea by his two co-Directors,
Eric Graham and Charles Russell. At the time, Cecil was a Director of the
specialist piston firm, Specialloid.
