I was sadden to read that some one at the recent Prescott Hill Climb MMM
event pinched a good dip stick from one of the cars and substituted on clapped
out
one. Not what you would expect from an MMM'er!!
A few years ago at GoF West in Vancouver Canada, Peter Welsh put his
beautifully restored TA Tickford on display in the lobby of the hotel. One
night,
someone pinched some carb parts off the car.
I guess there are always a few bad apples in every group.
The good news is that my NA fourseater is now at Martin Hveem's shop for
final body and paint work.
Cheers,
Terry in Oakland
