Kevin, this book is long out of print and hard to find.....it was written by
Dick Knudsen in tandem with Henry.....well worth reading. Perhaps Britbooks
has a copy, they carry a lot of out of print autobooks.

I checked they do have a copy at $70......but check ABE or one of the other
