Thanks to all who answered. I've checked most things already mentioned.
I've set the timing to 20deg BTDC, but I believe it may have been set
back to TDC in an attempt to solve another problem (valve clearances).
I'll double check it and put it back BTDC and try again. I'll let
everyone know the results.
