Folks,
Many of you may know that cheerful and congenial Welshman Bryan Davies. An
active and enthusiastic member of the VSCC, Bryan carefully rebuilt his
Oxford-registered 1930 Minor saloon JO 1445 over several years, and has
entered it in a number of VSCC Light Car events over recent years. Bryan
underwent quadruple bypass surgery fifteen years ago, and recently had to
undergo a further triple bypass operation which, thankfully, appears to have
been successful. Because of the urgency of this latest operation, it had to
be undertaken privately at a huge expense. Consequently, Bryan must sell his
beloved Minor to help defray the some of the costs of the operation.
Details of the car, together with a photograph, will be found in the For Sale
section of the VMR website (www.vmr.f2s.com) in the next few hours. Please,
if ANYONE can help find a good home for this original and very nicely
prepared car, then they would be doing a VERY GOOD THING INDEED.
