Hello All, My name is Chris Wilson, I have joined this list on behalf of my
non-computer literate friend, Keith, who owns a very nice 1934 J2, in 'cream
cracker' trim. We live in Essex, England.
Keith, a skilled toolmaker, has already uprated the brakes to 13", rebuilt
the g/box, axle.
The engine has been rebuilt to high spec, uprated crank, pistons, conrods,
etc. etc.
A marshall j100 supercharger now sits proudly in front of the radiator,
linked to the crank, and equipped with a suitable S.U.
This is as far as our combined knowledge of supercharging allows, we need
your help gentlemen, if you please.
1) How is the s/charger lubricated ?
2) What is the 'Ki-Gas' device for ?
3) We have fabricated a throttle linkage, where can we find detailed
pictures of an original linkage?, or could someone with a digi-cam
photograph theirs for us?.
Your help would be very much apprieciated,
Thank You,
Chris Wilson
Rayleigh, Essex.
