Has anaybody ever looked into the Pecos Texas Tire Test Track as apossible
LSR venue. I think Hot Rod Magazine ran a high speed shootout there (closed
event) a few years back. Maybe David knows the political workings of it. They
have a 9-mile paved, banked oval there which they rate for 200mph. I know
there were circular LSR events run at Bonneville in the distant past. Maybe it
would be of interest to add such an event again.
