There's a 15,000 ft. duplicate of this at Vandenberg AFB outside of  
Lompoc, CA.  Currently it's only used for helicopters.  Guys like Keith  
who hover and disappear by going straight up.  Reportedly there have  
been attempts to get permission to run there as a replacement for El  
Dusto.
