Walmart has a dremel tool clone for a great price. It is called the Electronic Rotary Tool Kit by Airco. Item SPT170 in department 11. Variable speed (dial, not like the new digitals), 40" flex shaft, adjustable stand (hanging a dremel with a flex shaft is very useful) and a 100 pc accessory pack for: $19.74 Looks reasonable - way better than that $10 HF thing.
