Thanks for making the ECTA work

Special thanks to Joe Timney, Donna Pala, Tonya and Keith Turk and the 
other volunteers that make the ECTA work. They give their talent, money 
and specially their time so the rest of us can race in the East. They 
rarely have time to race, spending full time keeping the meet running.
