I am speaking through updates I get from Jon, about every
30 min to 1 hr most of the day :):)
Jon said it was like he showed up to a different salt
flats than speedweek.......
they started with a 5.5 mile course, but feel that
near 8 is possible soon........
Ack got stopped just fine......
water is moving toward the surface over past couple
days, this is limiting the extension of course length......
Jason M. from Canada just went 235 mph in first mile
UNFAIRED (that the fastest all time, without fairing) and noonan went 246 in
first mile with fairing
to give an idea of course salt conditions.........
will post more
