Looking for Bill Mc Elly

He's the guy who had the red midget race car on a trailer along with 
a 46 Harley at Speed Week.  His friend (or maybe son) Roger bought a 
model kit from me and then they left to deliver the midget and left 
the kit.  I'd like to send it to them, especially since they paid for it.
