Gearhead venues in Eastern Europe?

Hi Gang,
Heading to various places in eastern Germany, Czech Rep., Austria, Slovenia,
Hungary, Slovakia, Poland next month.  While I'll be traveling with a couple
of non-gearheads, I was wondering if there are some fun and/or interesting
factories, museums, small motor works, "Saturday night dirt tracks" or
whatever that I should try to hit.  Thanks.
