and FWIW:
the engine is supposed to be a 2300 hp Chrysler XIV-2220-1
sixteen-cylinder inverted Vee liquid-cooled engine.
and installed in XP-47H ( 2 produced ) rather a weird looking bird compared
to
the more familiar looking "jug" airframe with its radial engine.
