TJ is back in school today June 2nd, He has 4 breaks in his right
foot, no surgery scheduled at this time, a boxers fracture in his
left hand, some abrasions to his right forearm similar to a very
serious indian sunburn, the leathers did not wear through on his arm
they just twisted with great vengence. His back is speckled with
small bruises and burned spots from the heat of the leathers , very
superficial, and a spot of road rash on his left side above his hip
where the leathers wore through about 1.5 inches by 3 inches , if he
wasn't so bony it wouldn't have been so bad. The good news is the
safety gear performed well and was more than adequate, I can't think
of anything I would do different in that regard. He went through the
traps at 160 and walked himself to the ambulance. His injuries are
very minor all things considered and forthat we are very thankful. I
also want to thank the SNART Team for for looking out for Beth while
we tended to T.J. (even if they got the cops called and tried to
turn her into an outlaw) I'll update more later.
