Rule book

List; The mailman brought my rule book today. I can't really complain to much
since I whined my way into a rule book more than a month ago. Bill Carlson
used my computer to order two books from the Association. They must have been
here 60 days by now.       I believe that members should receive their rule
books at the same time as nonmembers who only buy the books. We pay for our
books with our membership fees and should get as good service.
