TIG problem found, and some questions

I found my TIG problem, it was the tank running out of gas. Normally I'll get 
more orange corrosion,
and be more aware, but not this time I guess. Once again it proves that you 
can't assume something
is OK just because it's new. I got that tank no more than four weeks ago, I 
think I got ripped off.
I'm still going on my MIG tank, and it's over a year old and used much more.

Also, do you all have any recommendations for online welding supply places?

And, are there any weld through coatings that you'd recommend?
