John, as I do not hold a position and am not part of any committee with SCTA 
I can't answer those questions. Mine was simply speculation to keep an open 
mind until the final word is out and nothing more. I'm sure as soon as they 
have it figured out they will let everyone know and it will be posted 
everywhere.
