You can have the petation signed by as many people as you want. However it
won't go anywhere until it is submitted on the proper form that SCTA/BNI
uses to present any changes to the rules committee. The form is available
from the SCTA office. I suggest you request the form and put your request on
in detail and include the list of people that agree with you. This will not
assure you the changes will be made, but if it's done on the change request
form it will go to the table for consideration.
