The 223 mph entry was put in before 05/13/2000. I know because I have a 
copy of the Excel
database output dated 05/12/200 and the entry is there. If it isn't 
Nick's record  it might help
to find out when the entry was made into the FIA database. The Database 
Administrator for
the database has the authority to display both the creation date and the 
last update date of
the entry. By the way, good programmers understand english even if they 
can't speak it.
