It is pretty hard to get sued over publishing the truth in an unbiased way. It is a lot easier to get sued about unpublished known dangers.. I don't buy it. The newspaper is full of the first with info on car accidents and plane wrecks. The court system is full of the second regarding things like the hazards of smoking and asbestos..
