There are several entities who own parts of the salt flats as well.  Reilly,
the Utah Uniform School Trust Lands, the State of Utah all have some
interest out there.  The BLM is the cover organization for administering the
activities out there.  I have not heard of new fees but you never know.  The
State of Utah just raised the Senior Citizen rate for State Parks.  Next
thing you know my Golden Age Passport won't be good at National Parks
either.
