Because it is news print, I did not do much compression on the file so it
would be easier to read. It is about 234 kb in size.
Anybody know these folk?
And an aside question: SCTA and the other venues I know about all have
strict safety standards and rules. When you run to set an FIA record uner no
organization, who's rules, like for safety equipment, do you have to
satisfy?
