A neighbor of mine was one of the attorneys in this group. He was very
unhappy that the BLM was so stubborn about their request to use an
"unoccupied" area. I explained to him that the area they were being allowed
to use was much more pristine than the area where we race and would be more
suited to their experiment. No ... they wanted to be able to drive to their
"drops" in a car, not an ATV.
