A major problem with hydrogen is the it is extremely leaky stuff. I
don't know
if it will go through glass like helium but it requires special
materials and techniques
to minimize leaks. Fortunately it dissipates straight up very fast.
Hindenberg question:
I've seen hydrogen burn. It has a very faint blue flame that I can't see
in daylight.
What made all of those brilliant flames that consumed the Hindenberg?
