Huh? To me the median is that point where 50% is above and 50% is below.
Averages can be skewed by to few at either end, IMHO..

Yeah Mayf, there are a couple of young guys who would mess up the average.
Take them out of the equation and the average, mean and median would all be
within a year or two of each other.
