Thanks for your concern. The huricane seems to be making the turn as predicted 
so it looks like we (I am about 7 miles from west Galveston bay and probably 10 
or 11 miles from the open gulf) are going to be OK here in Texas. We need to 
pray for our friends in Louisiana.

prepare for a ten foot storm surge like Louisiana and Texas are expecting.
