It would seem as though it is vehicle specific... It does not seem possible to
make a general statement about it to be honest. If you factor in the big areo
drag vehicle with a small engine vs. a small car(and very low cd)with a big
engine there seems no logical way that it is always a break even. vehicles with
power to burn beacause of traction problems will have to be less effected than a
small engine vehicle with huge aero losses... Traction in the morning I would
think has to be at a premium as well if you look at the salt condition in the am
it is wet and logically so.
