No go with the performance parts for the Honda CBR 1000 except for special one
off ultra expensive custom made jobbies , been in touch with a guy from the
Gold Coast who's finished a CBR1000 drag bike, advised to go with a model
that has off the shelf parts and so is born my first Hondasaki , just finished
fitting one of the Kawasaki ZX 10 motors from the streamliner into the Honda
frame It's a monocoque set up with the motor acting as a stressed member ,
along with the other frame mods and the extended swing arm its full steam
ahead for a APS-F / 1000cc . I'm working on some new ideas that I haven't seen
before hopefully it will give me a lower bike with less frontal area .
A slight twinge of envy as August fast approaches for you guys and for you
trivia buffs August 16th is a special day for Joe Amo and myself guess why?
