Hey, don't knock Lambretta. They built a neat 250 V twin, shaft drive 250cc
world FIM GP bike around 1952 or 53. It didn't win or anything, but it had
some of the most unique engineering of the day. It was pretty fast too. They
never built a road version of it, but it was a helluvah race bike.
