Phil,
Just a note on what we do, this after losing several transmissions. I
purchased a pump kit that can be found at most RV outlets. It is
designed to be used with rear drive automatics when towing behind a
motohome. The setup includes a pump, a switching valve and hooks into
the cooler lines. I use a three position ignition switch, up is on ,
middle position is off and down is trans pump. The kit also includes a
indicator light to tell you if the pump is on. After installing this
setup, I have had very little transmission trouble
