We have talked often about the perceived advantages of EFI over more
conventional fuel systems. And I guess we beat it to death. So here is
another more conventional fueling related question.
I have run both a Hilborn fuel injection system as well as a big single
Holley carb on my car. Both seem to run strong and fast, but have actually
run faster with the carb. So why is a Hilborn with 2000 to 3000 cfm not
substantially better than a 950 cfm Holley?
