If I had to guess I'd say crank balance plugs. If there isn't enough meat to
remove weight from the heavy side, you add weight to the light side. You need
something denser than steel. Poor people like us use tungsten I think. I'd
also guess the uranium isn't strong enough to use as a plain plug, so a capsule
or chamber of some sort would be required, same as if you used lead.
