Jon,
There is a KOA in Wendover (see SCTA Rule Book for phone number) as
well as a campground downtown that's part of the Stateline Casino.
The KOA still had spaces yesterday when I made my reservation. I've
never camped at the "bend-of-the-road" but I know that it's an imprompu(sp)
location with no hookups. Unless your RV has more capacity than mine you'll
have to go dump the tanks every couple of days at the KOA.
We find it nice to sleep in the RV and shower at the KOA, walk to the
casino buffet dinners, and use hookup electricity to run the AC while we're
at dinner (until the whole campground runs their AC's at the same time and
everything goes "poof".
